what is the max dumbell weight you can bicep curl?
>>
>>77190078
20.5kg
>>
>>77190082
impressive. are you big?
>>
>>77190078
It's complicated because the weight is almost doubled if they don't have to be strict. I could power clean 75lb and call them curls. People do that.
>>
>>77190078
I can curl 1pl8 ez bar
>>
>>77190110
>>77190113
Retard is back time for a spanking botfag
>>
>>77190078
30kgx5
>Are you big?
No but bigger than before I started doing sets of 5 instead of religiously 8-12.
>>
>>77190078
75llbs 3x3 standing supinated and hammer
>>
>>77190078
12kg pls no bully
>>
>>77190210
me too
>>
My strict curl 1RM is 35 lbs per dumbbell. I'm 5'8" 130 lbs with 12 inch flexed bicep circumference.
>>
>>77190078
55lb for 10 reps hammer curl
>>
>>77190078
I don't do curls with dumbells
>>
>>77190078
2 plates
>>
17,5kg db curls might go to 20 in a few weeks.
>>
>>77190078
For one rep probably 25kg strict? But i haven't test it.
I have small biceps
>>
>>77190078
45lbs for 10 in each arm
>>
Just tested at 20kg/44lbs (supinated, strict, both left and right arm), but I'm a dyel and I literally never do any type of curls, I just do chin-ups.

i do like 5 curl variations but none of them are a regular DB curl, i don't know
>>
>>77190078
I do sets of 20 with 40s. I cheat as much as I want as the set progresses because I train in my basement and don’t have to worry about some faggot approaching me about my technique
>>
>>77190078
33lbs/15kg for 10
my biceps are 14.5 inches
trying to get 16 inch arms before the end of this year
>>
>>77190078
i do 16kg for 10 reps each arm

best i did was 20kg for 5 but it was slight cheating with momentum
>>
i omce went to my gym at night (almost midnight) and i swear there was this dude (looked like a turk) who did some dynamic exercise with one 54 kg dumbbell.
never seen that so i ask him
he gets angry and asks me what i think it is.
i tell him idk bicep curl?
he says yes.
he basically put a belt on along with knee wraps and did a swinging exercise with 54 kgs on one side. i swear he might be on track to get the first slipped disc from "bicep curl"
he also told me his joints hurt but he ignores that because its a part of the training process.
>>
>>77190078
idk, but I can curl the 60 lbs straight curlbar for 3. Been thinking of swapping it out for dumbbells just to hit ceps more directly.
>>
>>77190078
I hammer curl a pair of 35's for 8.
>>
50lbs arnie curl is my max before snap city
>>
did 30lbs for 13 reps today on a seated incline
best with standing ezcurl was 95lbs for 7, but i honestly didn't go all the way down to straight arm at the bottom because i want to protect my elbows
can't really tell if the 4-6 rep range versus 10-12 is better for improving in weight yet
>>
>>77191110
no one cares but forgot to add that my "max weight" as OP actually asked for is 45lbs for 4 on a seated incline
never really go for a 1 rep max because, again,
>i want to protect my elbows
>>
>>77190744
Same. 35 lbs for reps at 14.5" arms. Anything heavier and I have to sacrifice form
>>
>>77190078
Currently at 15kgx12reps, my max was 17.5x12 but I could never repeat it
>>
I can do 35s 5X5 but I can’t even do one single clean rep with a 40

>>
I was working out with 25lbs now im back to 20 cause i stopped for like 5months
>>
I can do 40s but maybe for 10 reps max
>>
>>77190078
I don't know
>>
>>77190078
Idk 60lbs on my adjustable feels like 72.5 at the gym, the bench pl8 at my gym are 100% lighter than the bumper pl8s in the same gym. Idk if anyone else is even strong enough or has a home gym to notice the difference. It's like dude you pay 2500 to live get the fuck out of the gym when I was a teenager I should have beat your ass because you're hogging the bench.
>>
>>77190078
I'm technically repping 150lbs on an ezcurl, more like 100 since it's an auxiliary lift and to actually get work done.
>dumbbell besides meme shit
Uh sorry I prefer to get real gains.
>>
>>77190325
Have fun going from 15 reps to 6 reps. Why does that always happen with curls? I know it’s a big weight percentage increase but shouldn’t it go to 10 reps or something?
>>
>>77191932
back exercises wreck the biceps before you even get to them
