>>77190819Don't do anything you wouldn't normally do anyway. No point tryhardmaxxing if you can't consistencymaxx.
>>77190819You are drastically improving your cardiovascular health. There are thousands of research papers on all the ways this is beneficial to every aspect of life including longevity. That being said, I'm not sure what acute results you'd expect beyond losing weight if you're in a deficit and getting less winded if you run.
>>77190819not at all. I mean, are you fat or something? That's a really good way of losing weight and improving your overall health. When I was a NEET, I'd go on 6+ hours-long walks all the time. Man, do I miss it...
>>77190819You cant outwalk a shitty diet.
>>77190819rucking uphill in rough terrain might be the only way to grow good calves. you're burning a lot of calories, and improving your cardio. assuming those things are aligned with your goals, it's good. >>77191098 is right though, if you're aiming to lose weight and you're eating at a surplus or maintenance when it's all said and done, you're not gonna lose weight.

>>77190878It is super good. Just make sure to eat almost carnivore food, raw milk, sometimes a little fruits. No gluten. Sometimes a little potato if you are craving carbs or like once a week a carb like a bread in case you really crave it
>>77190819Walking for hours is one of the best exercises for your heart and long-term cardiovascular health.
