Hey guys.
So in the past I lost 60lbs doing a sport in college in my late 20s. I would workout 6 days a week doing rowing. I struggled for a bit keeping a schedule and gained back a small amount of it. Finally back at it but I don't feel like I'm losing weight. I'm currently doing a PPL split with cardio on the days in between.
I'm debaiting on switching from strength training to what I was doing while rowing, being a day of HITT training and then intermediate intervals (we'd do a power pyramid row and 5x 1500s and then 4x 2500s) and I'm thinking of doing this with my strength days again, as I just don't feel like I'm making progress doing strength training.
curious what you guys think

probably just not burning enough calories or diet skill issues if you were dropping weight but stopped and still want to.

Yeah it's probably this. Still keep jostling.
I miss having a whole team to train with on a set plan. Training by yourself sucks ass
