>>77191287In short - NO. It will get even worse if you do targeted chest exercises only and don't cut body fat. Train full body instead and cut body fat. You have to get very lean so it wont look disgusting I advise fullbody 2x a week + 2 a week short sprint interval training (it's the only thing that has worked for me in burning fat).
