Is this a valid plan for beginners? I don't want to be a slob anymore, but I don't really have money or time for gym, since work takes most of my time during the week. At home, I have a mat, some dumbbells, an ab roller (I've never used it, I don't even know how, but it was part of the set), and some push-up device, I don't know what it's called. You lie on the floor, grab the handles, and do push-ups.
>>77191377valid, don't overthink, when you're 0 anything works, do it till it stops working then come back and ask about what's not working anymore

>>77191408Working at a warehouse. Worked fine for me because of the physical work, but recently I took a position at work that requires mostly sitting.
>>77191412just wake up earlier you gooberhow can you not have time working white collar
>>77191415I'm driving more than an hour to work and I'm working 10 hours. I wake up at 3:30 AM, just to get to my transport, I'm working from 6 AM til 4:30 PM, then arrive home at around 6:40 PM. At that point I'm exhausted I just make food, clean self and sleep.
>>77191419okay sorry for calling you a gooberbig yikes at your schedule
>>77191420Yeah, I would change the job already, but I have a debt to pay off so losing permanent contract right now is not what I want. They'll be opening another warehouse near my city though and there will be a chance for a transfer, so who knows, maybe it will turn out better.
>>77191377Depends on what kind of weight you have. With heavier weights thats a crazy amount of work if you plan to do this even two times a week. Split it into two workouts and do A/B/A/B
>>77191425I have 5 kilo dumbbells, with the option of adding weights
