Cooking is literally one of the simplest tasks a human can do. It's literally following instructions.
>>
>>77191709
Simpler than opening a tub of quark? Don't think so lmao
>>
What other cheese is quark most similar to?
As a burger I never see this anywhere
Searching online it says to use ricotta as a quark substitute in recipes, but I don't think it is that similar to eat alone.
>>
>>77191742
It's basically yogurt
>>
>>77191744
It is low fat right, so does it have a bit more of a grainy texture, or is it very smooth?
>>
>>77191756
Smooth I think
Haven't had it for a while, maybe someone else can whey in

>A quark (/ˈkwɔːrk, ˈkwɑːrk/) is a type of elementary particle and a fundamental constituent of matter. Quarks combine to form composite particles called hadrons, the most stable of which are protons and neutrons, the components of atomic nuclei.

It's also a pain in the ass and is extremely time-inefficient for one person to do for himself.

NTA but making yogurt is ridiculously easy, I do it every week. Just heat some milk (I usually do 3 liters) until its about 50C (it's slightly painful but tolerable to hold a finger in it), mix in a cup of yogurt left over from the previous batch in it, wrap the pot in a blanket and leave overnight. That's it. Much cheaper and tastier than store bought yogurt.

Based Lidl quark enjoyer.
500g of quark a day gang.
>>
>>77191742
Skyr. Similar texture, low fat, high protein. Quark can be quite sour which I like.
>>
>>77191756
you're right. It's much more grainy and dry than yoghurt. the taste isn't that similar either. it's like saying that cream cheese is like yoghurt
