I eat about a 80-90% clean whole food diet. I look at ingredients, I don't eat slop, I only drink water and milk, no alcohol, etc. I lift heavy and with intensity, get adequate recovery, and I hit macros. I'm lean and in shape. HOWEVER, occasionally I like to enjoy a little slop here and there, maybe a few slices of frozen pizza like picrel or some dumb processed shit with an ingredient label the length of my foot. A part of me justifies it with "everything in moderation", but the other half of me thinks I'm literally eating poison. My question is, how ACTUALLY bad is it to occasionally eat garbage? Obviously it won't kill you, but will it cause serious damage in the long term vs. cutting it out completely? Is there no way to really avoid it in the modern world? Is stressing out about it causing more harm than just enjoying it?
>>77192112doesnt really matter.
>>77192124Good goy
>>77192140is it really even jewish to eat a fuckin slice of pizza?
I like to drink two or three high noons every wedsday during my frisbee golf doubles matches. If during that time, someone offered me another drink I’d say yesOther than that, I don’t drink during the weekIs this such a huge problem? I do 10k steps a day or more

The problem isnt an occasional treat. The problem is when occasional treats become regular treats through self-deception convincing yourself it's just an occasional treat.
>>77192248I mean fair. I guess the question is more "Is this 'self-deception treat' that makes up maybe 10% of my overall calories on a bulk actually that terrible?"Obviously if I cut out anything processed from my mainly steak, eggs, potato, bananas, and milk diet it would be for the best, but if my friends or family invite me over for food and have some slop, are a few bites the end of the world in terms of overall health (not zeek). Is processed food gonna give a nigga cancer
>>77192112not a big deal. anyone who says otherwise is a retard
>>77192407if its not such a big deal then why are all you miggers so fucking fat
>>77192452Projection is not healthy.
>>77192112A whole red baron once a week probably isn't hurting. Twice a week I'd start to be concerned.
>>77192452Nta but I'm pretty fit and it really isn't a big deal. He should just take this answer and go.
>>77193693post body
its really bad on every level even emotional
>>77192112I dunno man, I'm sure it's fine. A lot of homos are saying natural foods like celery and cauliflower, and cooked red meat are all carcinogenic. If it's literally poison then a whole fuckton of people in America would be dead by now as they eat that shit all day, every day
>>77193699>board tourist doesn't know how to use our memescoool so glad you're here
>>77193699This is like 6 mo old, I'm just a lil bigger and tanner now. 6 2"Now u pls
>>77192112It's fine as long as, like you said, it's an occasional treat. Doubly so if you do a lot of cardio. If you're running 30+ miles a week, your body will turn anything into fuel.
>>77194239There's probably a reason that you haven't posted an updated picture in six months. Just saying.
>>77194413there's also probably a reason you haven't posted a body pic ever, huh? just saying ;^)
>>77192264Why try arguing in favor of eating slop that you know no sane human should be eating anyway>B-b-but it tastes good! It feels yummy in my tummy! Then you're no different than a child
>>77194451>Still hasn't posted an recent pic>Expects others toOof
>>77192112Pizza burgers and fried chicken are gains fuel as long as you get enough fiber The only "processed" shit in them is bread which is historically the key to personal and civilizational growth

Why'd you delete your post bro?
>>77192112Hard to say how much damage shitty processed chemical food causes for sure. It oxidizes cells in your colon which can create mutations. Those mutations should be killed by your immune system, but not always. Sometimes they make it past and grow into adenomas which can grow into cancer. But can you completely avoid all things that will oxidize your cells?
>>77194913i (>>77194451 and >>77194909) am not the guy who posted a pic, i'm just making of the guy trying to put down someone else's while clearly having a worse fizeek and being afraid to post it. look at you anon, trying to dig from the archives rather than just...post body
>>77194482not trying to argue in favor. In a perfect world i wouldn’t have to worry about this shit. But when literally 90% of food in america is processed garbage, sometimes i’m gonna be exposed to food that im not necessarily gonna want to eat but it’s what’s available. i’m more than happy to eat beef, potatoes, and milk every meal when i’m able, but in the case where im with friends or family, and that food isn’t necessarily available to me, instead of being extremely paranoid and forgoing food, im just wondering how terrible it is to expose yourself to processed food. is it genuinely worth developing some form of ingestion paranoia or OCD and being the friend that just won’t have a slice of pizza with friends, or is it not really a big deal. if it’s genuinely that bad, i’ll be even more restrictive than i already am
>>77192112It literally does not matter it's just fearmongering from online grifters.
