You should sleep on your back for best recovery and no wrinkles

HALF

Yeah no, this is how I fall straight into sleep paralysis, and If it happens one time, it will happen more
>>
>>77192278
nigga sleeping on your back is awful
you should be sleeping on your left side
>>
if I sleep on my stomach I get sleep paralysis
>>
>>77192288
I always end up sleeping on my left with my back to the wall. Its just the most comfortable. Nice doubledubs
>>
>>77192278
I can't tell how am i sleeping, i mean, i'm asleep.
>>
I sleep on my side and look young
Seriously what is with the 'theory' dudes on here. They come up with some Theory and you can usually follow their low IQ thought process (I get wrinkles on my face sometimes from sleeping on it. Therefore if you don't sleep on your face you won't get wrinkles!) and they come on here without spending two seconds reality testing their theory or researching it and instead make a thread about it as if it's some mathematic proof they've discovered.

I get nightmares and restless sleep 100% of the time I try to backsleep. I wonder if it's an evolutionary thing since all your sensitive bits (jugular, genitals, eyes, etc) are more accessible and your subconscious is trying to get you to stop.
>>
I don't understand how anybody can be comfortable sleeping in any other position
>>
>>77192278
I slept on my back last night and had nightmares for a solid five hours straight.
>>
>>77192278
not true, i sleep horribly on my back.
they also tell you to not lay on your stomach and that's literally a jewish trick.
sleeping on stomach and in general just laying down on stomach makes me feel so fucking good.
i honestly don't understand back cucks.

are you me?
i swear sleeping on my back is a psyop

>be me Greg Chunga
>roll over onto back back it makes my hip feel better for a few minutes
>perpetually fall into the void
>fall into the void so much that I have dreams where i'm dreaming i'm falling into the void
>days go by and i am experiencing the first five seconds of falling into the void over and over and over again reaching near singularity as I keep falling
>wake up look at phone
>it's been 20 minutes
>roll over onto side and go back to sleep and have barely any dreams and actually feel rested
every god damn time man, it's not sleep apnea though that happens sometimes if i drop my chin according to the gal. it's instant and she just raises my chin up and it stops.
however like clockwork if i roll onto my back it fucking freaks her out because just a minute or two in and my entire body will compulsively shake like I just got punched in the face or some shit.
i'll also sometimes accidentally hit her with my arm it's so bad.

fucking nightmare fuel.
>>
>>77193079
I agree, but my back-sleeping nightmares are mostly mental torment, not outright scary. It doesn't interrupt my sleep though, I just keep sleeping and having nightmares.
>>
>>77193089
somehow yours seem worst to be honest m8.
you have my sympathies.
mine just end after a few minutes.

if for some reason i didn't wake up and 8 hours went by i would actually be in the void for potentially years. it's the only time i actively remember my dreams.

I was bored some weeks ago and i watched a meme video about debloating your face. Apparently if you sleep on your back it allows for liquid in your face to be drained more efficiently, thus looking like an incelmaxxed stoic gigachad or some shit. The same video said you can also do this by massaging your face in a few specific directions, but its kinda retarded because if you stretch your face you get more wrinkles. The video also mentioned that doing that meme shit of dipping your face in iced water also helps with bloating and firmness of your skin but it was sincere about being just a temporary effect because of cold temperature and it said after your face gets warm again you will go back to looking like shit.
>moral of the story
Picrel yourself

The cold water thing is true, cold showers really make my skin look better. No idea about the other stuff.

And let the paralysis demons have their way? Nice try.
>>
>>77192278

>>77193071

but I snore when I sleep on my back and that hurts my sleep quality
>>
>>77192278
sleeping on your side especially on one shoulder is bad for this shoulder
if you have shoulder pain, pretty sure you're also sleeping on it
sleeping on the back is the absolute best for your body, but hard to not move during the night
>>
>>77192288
left side is bad if you had a lot of stress on your body that day (work, workouts etc.) or in general you have heart problems
only benefit supposedly is digestion

I sleep in the fetal position because I spend most of my day sitting on a chair so that's the curvature my body is used to.

I always start sleeping on my back but end up shrimp'd.
>>
I just toss and turn all night and recover during daytime in a chair.
