Call me a poorfag, but I absolutely hate spending money on food/groceries, it feels like turning my hard-earned cash into literal shit just to stay alive.

Recommend me stuff to eat that I can hit my macros (and preferably micros) with that's cheap as fuck, but isn't heavily processed carcinogenic slop.

I'm currently eating:

>oats
>cottage cheese
>bananas
>PB
>chicken/beef liver
>chicken breast (I'm fucking sick of it though)
>rice
>lentils
>red beans
>olive oil for extra kcals

Get chicken thighs. The macros are a little worse but they're cheaper, taste way better, and are much easier to cook. Also you can use the bones for free broth.

Look into making goya chanpuru
personally because I already get eggs for breakfast and I hate tofu, I use a sweet potato diced up, fried well in the pan, then I add in the goya, and finish it with a packet of mackerel
if I'm feeling particularly extravagant I'll fry up some diced SPAM before adding the goya.
If you can tolerate the taste of goya you're looking at a fantastic dinner whose most expensive ingredient by volume is about a buck and 29 cents, and every other ingredient is about $2.00 in total.
Really you can do whatever the fuck you want with this as long as it contains goya and uses a pan to fry it.

Okay.
>I absolutely hate spending money on food/groceries, it feels like turning my hard-earned cash into literal shit just to stay alive
That is an extremely poorfag thing to say and the kind of shortsighted mindset that makes poorfags stay poorfags forever and makes it impossible to sympathize. There's no free lunch, saving money on food beyond quitting junk involves eating shit quality good poor in micronutrients. You're the architect of your own failure. Earn more money instead of pinching pennies from your own health. I never compromised my diet, even at my poorest.

Herring, pollock - cheap but one of the healthiest sea foods out there. Taste good if you coock them right. No one bothers to farm them, so it's always wild caught and they live mostly in the areas that have clean waters.
Sauerkraut and Kimchi - you can make a dozen of killorgram for less than a dozen of dollars.
Small shrimp - they are fed with a tiby fish, not suitable for sale, so a good source of omega 3 and a high quality protein. Small cost 1/3 of large ones.
Learn to make kefyr. Goes well with fried potatoes.
Ditch arsenic rich rice for potatoes. Besides, you can cook potatoes in thousands of ways, while rice is just rice...
