Today I did:>2 sets of deadlift, 2 RIR>2 sets of bench press, 2 RIR>1 set of nordics, 0 RIRTook 35 minutes, I pulled 495 and benched 275. I lift every day pretty much and play a sport thrice a week and feel like I can't afford to get sore or too exhausted.How hard do you guys exercise?
