nothing but oats for 70 days nowdropped 10kg alreadyliterally impossible to overeat, always full, high carb low fat and some proteinwill never eat anything else if i want to cut down bodyfatenergetic as fuck, strong as fuck, happy as fuck
>>77194154>
>>77194154are you a megafat? how much are you eating every day? sure, maybe i'm just too thin or whatever, but it wouldn't take me too many oats to obliterate any possible caloric deficit
oats are toxic and full of pesticides. This gluten diet will make your testosterone drop very low and you will become skinny fat. Be a man and go mostly carnivore
>>77194175nta but im too poor for carnivore. things are hard in argentina:(
>>77194177oh i understand. It’s definitely expensive especially beef which is the most nutritious meat. How about eggs? you could add them to your oats with a little salt and heat it up. Potatoes are much better than oats though. Gluten-free and less calories. Rice would also be a gluten free option to add together with the eggs.
>>77194175You aren’t lifting as heavy as you could without carbs. There are also glyphosate free brands. The biggest guy I know has whey, oatmeal, and natural peanut butter for 2 of his meals everyday. So why don’t you shut the fuck up before typing nonsense on this board.
>>77194175>carnivoreNah, I like the hair on my head.
>>77194186potatoes and eggs are pretty much all i eat. that and chicken, too. I can eat chicken daily forever, but eggs...eugh.
>>77194230So basically oats with milk, and peanut butter in it?And what does "natural peanut butter mean"? He grows is own peanuts and makes the butter? How is any brand brought from the store "natural"?Yeah, I could do that for a while and see how it goes. I don't particularly like oats in and of themselves but this combo might work.
>>77194175OP herehell no, i want my thyroid/t3 to be high af, which it is now because i eat carbsgo research t3 and low carb diets together, there are so many studies proving that keto/carni/lowcarb drops your t3 which is your weight master regulator/throttle for metabolism>>77194168kek>>77194173i dont count calroes or weight stuffi just eat till im full, multiple times per dayand im not giga fat, i was 100kg now im 90kgi also let the oats cool off in the fridge 12-24h so the glycemic index drops even more, then i mix it with aspartame

>>77194583You should look up what the word hate means and learn to stop being so combative.
>>77194584you should learn to stop being terminally online and how to lose weightkeep posting tho its funny to see retards get annoyed by other peoples success lmao

>>77194625true lentils are also good>>77194639cook them for 8 minlet them cool of for 12-24h in the fridgewarm it up a bit after thatthen i put sweetner on it and eat
>>77194646I unironically get rockhard boners an hour or so after eating lentils
>>77194669yea the energy from real food your body can recognize is awesome :Dvery high and stable energy without crashing and cortisol/adrenalin responds after blood sugar drop since there is so much fiber in there
>>77194639flavoured whey, salt, spices (cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, cloves, cardamom et c)
>>77194154oats fruits and whey is S tier food.
>>77194694I love fruit but according to the broscience channels i watch the fructose in them is less useful overall than glucose because its only beneficial for the liver while glucose helps brain, muscles etc. plus liver.
>>77194698Less beneficial does not mean not beneficial or not good.
>>77194175There's no gluten in oats, dumbass.
>>77194698pretty sure the body converts the fructose into glucose anyway little bro
>>77194713Pretty sure you have no idea what you're talking about.
>>77194713its the other way aroundlook up polypol pathway
>>77194168kek
>>77194154>nothing but oats for 70 days>dropped 10kgits clearly not working. you could drop way more weight if youd just eat like a regular person and move your ass a little you FAT FUCK
>>77194542>and im not giga fat>i was 100kg>now im 90kgyou were and are gigafatI'm glad the oat thing is working for you, but you should probably just learn how to eat healthy balanced meals and exercise regularly and do that instead. Super restrictive diets like this are the kind associated with "bouncing back" to your old weight on account of not actually teaching people how to eat healthy.
>>77195392yea but im not a manlet im 6'6 >>77195381once my foot is heatlhy again i will, loserboy
>>77194639>put 100g of oats in a bowl>put 50g of raisins in same bowl (or grate an apple)>pour 300-400ml of milk over the oats>wait 5 minutes>eatOatmeal is for idiots.
>>77194625>>77194669A red lentil soup made with fried bacon, onion, carrot, savoy cabbage seasoned with salt and chillies is god tier nutrition.
>>77194718NTA anon but all carbohydrates get broken down into the simplest sugar molecule (glucose) during digestion. You didn't pay attention in Biology class did you?
>>77194154>oats>peanut butter>honey>optional splash coffee creamerOats are cutting food for me. One serving fills me. Eat an hour before gym and I have great workouts.
>>77194154
>>77195586Re-read the post chain and you'll see why your premise is irrelevant to the discussion.
>>77195762op here, holy kek>>77195582>>77195722yea sounds good
I lost 93 lbs over 6 months by restricting my calories in to just 1200 a day, very often even less. I also would walk multiple miles a day with some days seeing my step count approach 25,000. The weight flew off my body at break neck speed. This was driven by fear of death from a health scare I was going through at the time just months before the birth of my first child. I was terrified that I wouldn't get to meet her or watch her grow up, and it motivated me like nothing else ever could. Unfortunately, that potent motivational fuel didn't last forever. After she was born and I was filled with so much joy, and long enough time had passed without any solid evidence of disease, I became comfortable again and the motivation disappeared. I nearly put all the weight back on. What I found is that once that intense fear subsided and I was back to my old eating habits again, the feeling of hunger was unbelievable. I was absolutely ravenous like I never was in all my life. It's like if you took a wild animal, starved it for months, then gave it access to all the food it could ever want. Picture what a dog would do in that situation. That was me. I truly believe I suffered lasting metabolic damage much like those biggest loser contestants did. My hunger sensation hasn't been the same since. Recently I started water fasting to try and get things headed in the right direction but it's incredibly hard with 2 little babies at home to that care of.
>>77194154>add 85 grams of oats on my bulk>start farting like crazy, insanely foul smelling>go to the gym>cleaner is using the industrial vacuum cleaner which is loud af >back day>warm up on rows>rip a loud one out>anxiety kicks in>hands are sweaty>look around>nobody looking at me>realize the vacuum cleaner covered for me>sigh out in reliefI still eat em but good god do they make me gassy afespecially rolled oats, crushed oats a bit less so
>>77196102yea if you dont eat fiber for a long time or to little this can happen at the startespecially with beans/peas/lentils, those produce alot of sulfur
