>*Heals you*You are getting 5 hours of direct sunlight daily right anon?
>>77194458>5 hours of direct sunlight dailyliterally impossible with my office cuck job, also what about prolonged periods of bad weather? This winter I saw so little sun that I got real depressed for a while, I understand why the people that live near the polar circle tend to get suicidal. Thankfully spring is finally here now, I'm already feeling better

>>77194458i have started trying to get 10 minutes in the morning and 20+ minutes of midday sunlight, and yes, it does make a difference for me
thank you jesus
>>77194469>25°C>sunny>gentle breezefuaaark that's as good as it gets
>>77194458I observe macaques onlly seem to go in the direct sunlight in the morning for a couple of hours after sunrise and a couple of hours before sunset in the evening. Other apes seem to do the same thing from my research. I'm just going to copy what the monkeys do, since they are still in touch with their natural biology rhythms and not corrupted by human opinions.
>>77194462you're more likely to get skin cancer from a lack of sunlight aktuallly
>>77194464I am not saying don't it but please put a PA++++ sunscreen on your eye area. you will regret sun frying your eye area if you don't and the options to combat the damage are significantly more limited than for the rest of your face. you will still get all the benefits that you perceive the sun gives you but you will be protecting your eye area
>>77194489>rub the jew chemicals into your skin goy. Sun bad!
>>77194502sun is somewhere in the middle. europeans live in cold and darkness and can get by eating raw meat
>>77194481Are you going to pay for sexual favors with fruits too?
>>77194489>get a tan except for albino-panda circles around your eyesyou think i wanna look like some coke bottle glasses-wearing geek?
>>77194489>>77194502Sunglarses, ya ape
>>77194458Remember: cloudy days still transmit 99% of the UV light responsible for vitamin D synthesis and circadian rhythm - you're literally SUPPOSED to get sun in the morning and evening. Avoidance of midday sun is seen across so many animals that I shouldn't even need to justify it with the heat risks (without proper care.)
>>77194458give it up, i'm not going outside
>>77195479Thanks
