Do some dead hangs.
Work on wrist flexibility. Hard to describe the exercises/stretches I usually do, but if you search for "gymnast wrist strength" or something on yt you are going to get some decent results.

Which part of your hands are hurting? The part that you’re actually hanging on?

I can't do them without swinging and then I have to pause so I stop swinging and continue

Yeah my palms start to hurt, but I lost some more weight and the time it takes for my hands to hurt got longer. It used to hurt within 5 seconds of holding the bar, now its like 15 seconds.
Dead hangs are good, but also some hand and wrist stretches

Foam bar cover or lifting gloves might help

Keep doing pullups until your hands adapt. If you are doing bodyweight pullups then your hands will eventually adapt and you should just power through. If you are doing weighted pullups then eventually grip strength might become the limiting factor in which case using some assistance for that may be warranted.
