How much should I bulk and cut each cycle if I want to stay relatively lean at 6ft while natty?

>>77194964I can only tell you what I do it's not easily reducable.The first week you lose weight take 2/3rds of the total weight loss and save that as a variable representing glycogen and water loss.Take pictures as you're nearing your leanest and examine them try to find 2 or 3 veins or stridations that are the last to show up these will be your tells to stop cutting.Add your glycogen and water variable to cut end weight then add 15 lbs that's where you'll stop bulking next time. Just repeat this cycle taking it slower on bulks.
