Bros, I’m 223, 6ft, 26 male. I eat 1800 cals a day. I burn 970 calories a day doing cardio and then lift. On the off days I do two sessions of cardio totaling 1800 burned. 6 days a week. How do I calculate a weight loss projection based on this information. Sorry for being retarded
