How likely is it that riding a bike will make me dizzy/sick?

Since 2023 I've had really bad vestibular issues. Driving is impossible for me now, I get so off balance and nauseous even hours after I get out of the car.

Tomorrow, I want to rent a bike and test ride it for 30 mins to an hour. I'm just nervous that it will trigger everything. Can anyone relate? I haven't been on a bike in years. If I can't even ride a bike because of this, I might just kill myself.
