When I’m doing OHP how straight do my hands need to be and how much does it matter? Is proper form mostly important for avoiding injuries or am I losing out on potential gains by lifting while bending my wrists?
not sure what you mean by "hands straight" but I keep my hands just a bit past shoulder width and try to keep my elbows tucked/pointing forward don't flare them out

>>77195709>How do people even injure their wrists?Not OP but I failed on bench and had accidentally put the safeties 1 notch too low so i tweaked my left wrist when i was pushing the weight toward my legs so the safeties could catch it. End range of forearm rotation resulted in discomfort and tightness going on 2 months now. It's almost fully healed but I havent been able to do any supinated curls, pronated pushdowns or free weight presses since. Shit sucks so much fucking ass.
