Is it true that these are basically the devil in food form? Or is that just memedieter babble?
It's mostly babble, mainly as leakage from carnivore diet fags that try and cope that cholesterol means nothing.
I've bought into the ray peat thing a couple of months ago. I've cut off PUFAs from my diet, started eating mostly carbs and started using a Vitamin E supplement along with daily aspirin. The only change I noticed is that I'm much hornier and produce about 5 times more cum (not exaggerating). So yeah, I now believe that PUFAs make you gay. I'll keep avoiding them even if I get no other benefits from doing so.
>>77197244>>77197327Here goes the falseflagging from vegetarians about keto and carnivore or primal or whatever. It's like a chip on you "people" shouldersEggs do contain omega 6/linoleic acid, and so does beef tallow and butter. Wanna know what's bad for you ? The bulk amount of omega 6 that you get from seed oils when you replace them with actual fat that is nutritional to your body. Seed (actual gutter motor oils but let's put that aside) oils are very prone to turning rancid and oxidising. They literally turn into aldehydes (disinfectant adjacent molecules lmao!) over time. The issue is that seed oils are more "shelf stable" than eggs which rot relatively faster. It's not even about ratios or balance of omega 3-6 that's a very faulty meme unilateral correlation, it's mostly about how seed oils are rancid.
Also, once you include seed oils as a staple it's very hard to balance them with omega 3s. The linoleic acid will just turn into a multitude of rancid byproducts such as aldehydes and in your body as OXLAMs.And yes btw cholesterol from animal fat means nothing, people with high PUFA consumption have lower cholesterol but still nonetheless have high risk of atherosclerosis since the LDL that clogs your arteries needs to be oxidized and pufas oxidize at a higher rate and percentage than cholesterol would everhttps://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC11263998/
>>77197389Lmfao.Carnivore/ketofags are the same as vegetarians. The only difference is that vegetarians don't get enough protein or iron without supplements, while carnivores will die of an early heart attack.
>>77197436There is exactly 0 scientific evidence that's not speculation or questionaire correlations on people eating mortadella as their main "meat" source (aka something related to biochemistry or actual clinical long term observations) or lab rats testing that suggests not eating plants especially vegetables (which are completely pointless compared to even botanical fruits that are used as vegetables) would cause you to get any complication related to organs failure/disease. Your body cant even process basic micronutrients from vegetables, why are these memes from the 70s that vegetables somehow counter animal product "damage" still perpetuatedhttps://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Emma_Morano
>>77197389i was under the impression that omega-3s are good for you. why are they not?
>>77197373>about 5 times more cum (not exaggerating)Yes that seems like a reasonable increase, no exaggeration. Kindly kill yourself.
