I did 275x3 today and then some 235x6 sets for volume, felt like shit desu didn't even break a sweat during the workout just had no energy

Stop going heavy, do much more volume with much lighter weights and never miss a rep. The only reps you should struggle with are the last reps of your last set, the rest of the reps should move fast. I blasted through my 185lb OHP plateau by doing 15 sets of 5 with like 95lbs then slowly working up from there
