Just eat less and eat healthier. If you haven't started losing weight after a month, eat even less and eat even healthier.
Simple as

You don't have to eat less, either.

Just eat as much bacon, eggs, and beef as possible.

>I expected that even though I was eating 2500 calories a day, an increase of 500 calories a day for me, that I would not gain much weight, I already knew that eating fat and protein doesn't make you fat.
>The biggest and most unexpected change was losing so much body fat in the 30 days. I lost 19.6 pounds by the end of the month

Shit, not even.

We have people count calories because the overwhelming majority of people are utter dogshit at eyeballing food/drink and properly estimating calories, let alone macros. Counting calories is what makes this process simple, guesswork is what leaves fatties scratching their heads in ignorant disbelief.
>>
>eat less
oh boy it only there were some sort of measurement we could apply to food that gives you an idea of how much it contributes to my bodies energy needs so I can make a decision of which foods to eat less off
>>
>>77198218
Yeah that makes sense, I wonder if there's a way to approximate how much less you have to eat to have a reference value and a way to keep it around the same ballpark even while eating different foods day by day.
Maybe by some kind of number that is related to how much of that daily food energy intake that food is worth, we could count that loosely.

i don't think i can stand nothing but bacon for 30 days
also what are you supposed to do just eat bacon for the rest of your life? i like meat and fat but keto seems a bit extreme
>>
my autism compels me to weight every calorie i eat

Call me a Jew but I don't know if downing piles of food and having your body not stockpile that energy is good performance.
>>
>>77198218
True but it's still easier to just track calories and protein intake.

>be me
>never have problems maintaining weight
>lose a lot of weight unexpectedly over a couple months
>be scared bcz maybe cancer
>decide to calm my tits and just get an objective view before i panic and beg dr. goldberg to cure me
>count actual calories for a few weeks on normal recent diet
>realize because of a reflux issue that was causing me to lose sleep i just started eating less and dinner is usually my big meal for the day
>go back to bigger meals, just early
>regain the weight
if it wasn't for counting calories i might be downing handfulls of pills and getting who knows what unnecessary treatments for a half dozen different things right now. i go only for annual physicals and in the last few years they've tried to convince me i had everything from some kidney disease to leukemia.

People dpn't want to lose weight in muscle mass and bobe density. They want to get leaner and just eating less dpesn't work fpr that without changing other factors. No one wants to have ozempic face.

The bacon experiment works because it is zero carb.

You can have a lot of very fancy and delicious foods while avoiding carbs.

It sends signals of abundance to your body so it heals and improves everything like skin, hair, nails, muscle, body temperature, energy levels, cognitive function, etc.

Cicotrannies dont understand this and think denying CICO means complete* denial of eat less resulting in weight loss as a general *RULE OF THUMB
CICO is just the midwit takeaway of eat less/more and trying to gameify everything and make everything a numbers game to draw very strict boundaries based on estimations then crying when someone find these rules abject
