Anyone who's grown drinking it ended up big and strong.Fake cooked milk from grocery stores is toxic and should be avoided. Calves will literally die from consuming it.The only negative from real milk (raw milk) is that it'll make you gain weight very easily.Good thing if you're underweight, bad if you're trying to get lean.
