In past days i ate lot of soi. In thursday 420g of edamame with tortellini. In friday i ate remaining 80g of edamame + 90g of soi cutlets seasoned with lots of soi sauce + brown rice. Also bit of soi milk added to breakfasts to gain carbs. Also a scoop of whey to oats and milk (not soi but maybe related). In thursday and friday i felt anoying pain in my right tit and i felt it bigger and like gyno is "flaring". Pain increases when i touch it, no white cum coming out of tit when i squeeze. Today is saturday and its better but still bit of pain when i touch it.
In past week i only jerked off twice - 2 times in thursday. I jerked off because i felt some UTI symptoms after gym - pain and burning sensation when peeing. I am man so i thought its STD from fucking a hooker back in sunday, alas pain disappeared completely after few hours and drinking lot of water and peeing several times. In past week: 2 hours of gym in tuesday and thursday.
I was thinking about actually going vegetarian (or at least give up chicken, stay with fish + soi) but now i am not so sure - if soi makes me tranny and impossible to eat required daily intake of 3000-3300 kcal without meat and soi.

No dude it's just nocebo listen to the soience, it's completely fine nevermind that asians that eat it have some of the lowest sexual dimorphism in humans

bugs are less masculine than yt women

Having an underdeveloped recessed facial bone structure from eating nothing but rice and bugs just means that, doesn't make them more feminine.

Soi is a fascinating food with a great deal of potential; it's very sad to see what's become of it and how it earned its dreadful reputation in spaces like this. Fermented versions have much less of the disruptive stuff; if you can handle nattō, that stuff is a legit superfood, with way too much upside to ignore. Edamame is tasty but not great for you; I'd have some if offered but it really shouldn't be a regular thing in your diet- stick to two or three times a month at most. The "milk" is an industrial frankenfood you shouldn't touch unless you have a really good excuse. I'm quicker to defend soi than 90% of /fit/ but still don't think it ought to be the backbone of anyone's diet, even in good forms.
>pain and burning sensation when peeing
Try nettle tea, good for prostate and potentially for testosterone.
>impossible to eat required daily intake of 3000-3300 kcal without meat and soi
What about nuts? Eating 1,000+ calories of nuts a day would be bananas, but as a supplement they can go a long way, if your budget allows.
Soi sauce is probably not a major contributor to your problems unless you use a lot of it, but you could try coconut aminos as an alternative. They're not perfect but chickpeas are as versatile as soibeanz and less controversial; have you tried, say, tahini?
Picrel also exists and IMO is way underutilized- even if you eat meat, this stuff has some cool stuff meat doesn't- but if you want to feel like less of a tranny, idk if it's the move.

MB; that's sesame, not chickpea. Still worth thinking about, OP, for decent vegan calories and some protein.
There's also spirulina and chlorella to consider.
