Is this another peatard meme?
>>77200936No such thing as "too much protein" when training hard.
>>77200936rabbit starvation is a ketard/carnitard meme.
I think the metabolic swampland idea comes from herehttps://deniseminger.com/2015/10/06/in-defense-of-low-fat-a-call-for-some-evolution-of-thought-part-1/
>>77200987Why?
>>77200996Because unless you are literally in the top small triangle on chart you are probably getting enough fats to survive
>>77201012Yeah but what keto/carnivore has to do with it? Aren't they consume a lot of protein?
>>77201017not as a percentage of their total calorie intake
>>77200996rabbit starvation: a meme that if you eat too much protein you'll go crazy from... protein. what's the macronutrient that's missing? too many calories, you'll make more fat, you'll perform gluconeogenesis to convert protein to carbs, so is it just from undereating? but why are you doing such a high protein diet? to gain weight? to lose weight? if it's to lose weight, why would you want to eat fat so that your body will use dietary fats instead of adipose tissue?
>>77201017because they are the only diet cult that mentions it.
This is the exfatloss guy. He's not a peater by any stretch besides that he avoids pufa
>>77202612you must be new hereavoiding seed oil = ketogenic dieteating bacon = carnivore dietanything else = peat
Rabbit starvation is when you simply can't get enough calories from extremely lean meats to supply your body before the protein starts overwhelming your system. It requires A LOT of physical activity and meat that is leaner than just about anything a person would want to eat.
>>77201039anon, rabbit starvation is a real thing. When eating overly lean meat, your body can’t process enough protein without overwhelming its ability to clear nitrogen waste, while also lacking fat and carbs for energy. You can start suffering from the effects within days, though you've pretty much gotta be actively trying to cause it.
>>77200936I don't get it. Is the swamp le...good?
>>77203454No, the swap is how you gain weight and end up fat>You either eat mostly carbs (e.g. starch based or fruit based), mostly fat (keto), or you mix the two (“swamping”).exfatloss dot comhis stuff is enjoyable because is seems genuinely non-dogmatic, documenting a mix of failure and success. somehow he also has 1400 test as a natty
