I did lateral raises and spammed push ups and pull ups at home to compensate. 2 months ago my doomer perfectionist mind would have convinced me to get mad about all of this but I'm glad that this will not impact my overall fitness journey.I thought of picrel to keep me going (I'm a dyel newbie)

It takes months to lose actual muscle tissue. Your glycogen is down. Eat a shitload of potatoes, you're golden m8.
