>>77203089EVERY fucking time I isolate my hamstrings I get brutal doms for a week. Deadlifts? I'm usually okay. But RDLs? That'll be five days of pain even when I try to incorporate them regularly. Leg curls? Motherfucker I am basically a cripple for the next eight days. My leg biceps aren't even that small and I stretch them after any leg session. How TF do I avoid the insane doms?
