I go to a little leaner than is peak health so I can get a good bulk or 2 in, overuse of stimulants can have an effect mainly withdrawal and dip allows for a way higher amount of nicotine in your bloodstream. Try just lifting more so that if you do have a bigger meal it's mostly muscle gain. You'll wanna rest more and lift less on a cut but it'll take way longer.

I cook and chop broccoli, cabbage and cauliflower, sometimes arugula as well. I season them with tomato sauce. I am already half full by the time I start eating and I have only ate below 200 Kcal. It's not a zero calorie trick like drinking a sugar free monster but sometimes you can't always win and you have to compromise, lose a battle so you can win the fight.
