I love cashews and peanuts. However, I never eat them. I hate eating them because I know the caloric numbers in them just don't fucking do anything good for your diet. A serving of cashews is like 8 cashews at 260 calories or some bullshit. WHY THE FUCK WOULD I EAT THIS?! Its mostly fat and the fat to protein ratio is complete ass. Same with peanut butter. I love peanut butter. Never eat it. Why? Because the calories in it just fuck everything up. So what about nuts even makes them useful for a diet? What am I missing? When / how could you ever fit nuts into your diet without fucking everything up? FCUK NUTS!!!!

They have no place in dieting unless you are a true low appetite fag who can't hit his calories. You can slowly pop these in your mouth all day for calories and they are are at least a natural product
