Anyone do inverted rows? I almost can't believe how good this shit feels. My gym has godawful equipment for rows so I tried this and holy shit it feels awesome. Probably the cleanest scapular retraction focused rowing variation I've done. Super easy to change grip width obviously and you can also use a neutral grip with gymnastics rings.I'd always dismissed it cause it seemed like a pain in the ass to load but I saw this bald omni man video and it's actually the opposite.
