>bought a gym membership just for a pull up bar and rings
Sometimes all I'm doing in the gym are cossack squats, dead hangs, jumping jacks, things I could easily do at home or in a park. I just don't. For me, the gym is an environment where I exercise and get the blood moving. Outside the gym I walk or run, but that's it. No exercising outside the gym.
