>>77206932Sorta did HIT with ~10 sets a week and higher frequency didn't rotate lifts. Wasn't devastating but it burnt me out a lot quicker and made trackable progress harder. I still do HIT some training blocks but not others but I've had to learn patience with almost every kind of training I've done.
