Is incelwalking a good cardio and leg exercise?
If youre fat you are lifting hundreds of lbs by walking or bodyweight squat. Walking is mostly a sustainable fat loss/health thing with a good diet and other healthy habbits
>>77207350It's my only mode of transportation so I take it pretty serious. My cardio became so good from walking that I can jog whenever forever. Which I do since I can't drive. Wish much more people walked so I wouldn't feel like a weird ghost that haunts the town.

I started attending the mosque more, easy daily 12,000 steps for the 5 prayers, easy 15,000 if i go to a mosque further down the road.

If I had to coach a fat person into losing weight with the lowest barrier to entry, lowest chance of burnout, lowest mental burden, and highest chance of success I'd tell them to walk 2 hours a day every day for 6 months. Continue eating what you eat now, change nothing else, do nothing else, just walk 2 hours a day every day. If it's raining then put on a jacket. Then watch the weight fall off them. Won't big build legs or the same cardio base that higher intensity activity would but the weight falls away with ease.

I started doing the stair stepper 2000 steps in 35 minutes. It does more for me than when I was incel walking for hours a night. I don’t really pay attention to my heart rate but I think all the “zone 2 cardio” shit is real. Gotta do more than walking if you want to really improve your cardiovascular fitness
