Dude I'm farting literally all day every day. If I happen to eat eggs I'm ripping ridiculously rank ass like 20 times per hour but even if I don't it's constant.

It's so bad that I have had to start washing clothes 2 times per week instead of once cause all my underwear, pants and shorts smell of fucking fart.

How tf do I deal with this
>>
You have an untermensh gut biome. I would stick with eating nothing but meat and vegetables and see if it fixes itself. If not try aggressive use of probiotics or something
>>
>>77208077
Don't see why that's be the case, my diet has always been good and this has only started since I started eating more protein for weight training.
>>
Stop eating fiber. Protein is easily digestible and easy on the gut, what's fermenting is the fiber from all the other trash you're eating
>>
>tfw eating meat and fastfood
>farting nothingness
A you issue.
>>
There's a lot to rule out, but generally you should try drinking a little kefir daily, and making half of your plate for any given meal whole vegetables. Even if this doesn't solve your problem, doing so will help you in the long run. If you do not eat a lot of fiber, ramp up slowly.
After that, you may try eliminating types of protein (eg fish, beef, pork) to see if you have a hard time with one. Most likely a couple weeks of daily kefir will sort you out.
You may need to do more extreme elimination diets if none of these work.

Eat less protein? It's not helping you build muscle anyway if it's passing through the small intestine undigested and getting turned into farts in the large
Like use your brain mate
>>
>>77208044
Too much protein - you're not eating raw eggs are you?
>>
>>77208044
If protein is causing you to fart that means it is overcooked and you aren't digesting it.

Because you are eating large amounts of burnt out protein due to the cooking process. I bet you're hard-boiling them.
You wouldn't have this problem if you consumed eggs the way nature intended.

This meme you keep spamming has absolutely nothing to do with the topic of the thread or the question that was posed.

Hey assjuice, stop eating all sugar and especially artificial sweetners.

Fix your bot. Its making totally unrelated replies.

it means youre eating too much. thats why youre farting after consuming so much protein. ease back on the powder.
>>

>You have an untermensh gut biome
this, constant gas = constant indigestion, this is a GI tract skill issue
>>
>>77209615
It's not a meme, it's an infographic with scientific sources.
And yes, it's related because he's having issues from eating cooked eggs.

I know it makes vegans mad, but I'll keep posting it whenever relevant.

I do a whole bunch of different food-based non-animal probiotics and don't get serious farts even if I eat like a kilo of meat.

>>77210331
Egg farts smell bad from volatile sulfur-containing compounds; doesn't have shit to do with protein or cooking.
>>
>>77210331
Like I said, it has absolutely nothing to do with the question posed or the topic. There's nothing in your spam meme that refutes the claim that it's because he's eating them cooked or supports your claim that eating them raw would alleviate the problem he's having.

Sorry spamming this jpeg is literally all you have to contribute to any conversation about protein or eggs, with literally zero sources in it.

>I do a whole bunch of different food-based non-animal probiotics
Such as?
>don't get serious farts even if I eat like a kilo of meat.
No matter how much meat or eggs i eat (and i ate like 15 eggs at once with 10 being usual daily number) I never get any farts from it, but any slightly significant amount of fiber triggers it immediately. Does it means i'm an apex predator that should avoid fibrous plants in diet?
>>
>>77208044
You can only synthesize 0.8g of protein for every pound of LEAN body mass you have
You're likely eat way too much protein and it's actually impeding your recovery

But way more fruits and veggies for sure would help
>>
>>77209359
>burnt out protein
Jesus christ you are immensely retarded
>>
>>77210799
He is, although shit like advanced glycation end products basically are "burnt out protein" in bougier /sci/ lingo, just doesn't have anything do with farts.
>>
>>77210799
Actually he is completely correct.

One time I deep fried a steak too long and it started breaking apart and was seared in all the broken cracks. It was the most seared surface area I have ever eaten. It caused significant flatulence.

Once you have an experience like that you will understand. The seared part of the meat is indigestible and it feeds bacteria. Raw meat and eggs don't cause flatulence at all.

Therefore it is overcooking which causes farts. Not protein.
>>
>>77211230
Anecdotal evidence this is, hardly proof of anything.
>>
If I start farting after drinking 20g whey, how is that "too much protein"?
>>
>>77211293
Whey is a waste product and they probably cook the hell out of it as part of the process that turns it into powder.

It really is just overcooking that causes the problem.
