What do you take post workout?

i usually just have a protein shake, vanilla flavor mixed with whole choccy milk because i'm a manchild, immediately post-workout. might have a tin of deenz after that. if i have a protein-heavy meal on hand (like leftovers) then i may have that instead of the shake, and on occasion i'll make myself something quick like a taco bowl with a half pound of ground beef. i will try to get a carb source in before bed and drink at least 20 oz water too.

You don't need to take it around when you work out. It loads into the muscles whete it does its work. You just need 5g daily, but you're getting the same effect if you take it before you work out, after you work out, or in a completely different part of the day. Its a dietary supplement, not a short lived thing like preworkout (which can be replaced with coffe with sugar btw)
