I can't do Number 4 without also bending my ring finger on my right hand. The fingers should just only be touching the thumb, not anchored. What exercise to fix it?

>>77208852>What exercise to fix it?Do number 3 with your wife.
>>77208852If you're like me, there is no exercise to fix this. I can make a "three" by holding my pinky with my thumb like 4 in the picture with my right hand, but cannot with my left without bending the top knuckle of my pointer finger, lowering my ring a little and feeling discomfort in my hand. This happens because of the tendons/muscles that are in your forearms (what actually control your fingers) have some sort of weird connection between them that makes it hard for the fingers to move independently in some ways. I forget how/why this happens exactly, but I remember looking into it a few years ago when I was trying to learn barre chords on guitar lul.
