No. If you're going to do 2 sets then might as well do a third, it only takes another 3 minutes max to increase your volume by 50%.

Their “warm up sets” are not a warm up at all they are working out. That’s the loophole these fucking grifters use to be able to say they only do 2 sets. They are doing several “warm ups” at heavy weights and high rep counts

>>77208897Sounds like overtraining. On a serious note consider a twice per week AB split. 2-3 exercises at 2 sets each is about 8-12 sets per muscle group.
If you can consistently progress aka add reps/weight on a exercise doing 2 sets why would you do more
