>who is this? dr. ted naiman>why is he important?he is important because he said how you can get lean and strong like him>ok but how?eat alot of protein, lower carbs and fats>why?protein fills you up and is needed by the body for everything, carbs/fats are your energy source, the less energy you eat while being satieted by protein the faster you lose bodyfat>so i basically eat alot of protein to not be hungry all the time and lower my energy intake aka carbs and fats, so my body can use the stored energy aka bodyfat? its that easy?yes
bro needed a PhD to tell me what every gym bro already knows kek

>>77209545I'm on the fence>Shows the importance of HIT training, he only does 1 set pullups/pushups/jumpsquats to failure twice a week and looks great>He's also only 5'8>Shows how protein is a powerful macronutrient for driving satiety and body composition and made the P:E diet/book>Sold his soul to hava to push fiber with the new fiber:energy ratioI followed his stuff a lot from 2017 when I was almost 300lbs until last year but I was stuck at 19% bf (I was also drinking), I switched from P:E diet at 220g protein 1600kcal a day to 190g protein/140g fat 2400kcal a day Croissant diet (super high sat fat, confirmed thermobolics by checking body temps after meals) and lost 20lbs in q1 of this year. It might be good for those at maintenance or super obese but if you have anything unusual going on it's inoptimal.Picrel is my progress (at 6'5) where in that latter pic I did P:E PSMF to get down to 176 and doing his 1-set-to-failure calisthenics. I think my arms looked better then doing pullups but I only had maybe 140lbs of lean mass then to be honest. Still thankful I had guidance to aim my diet around and I never bounced back above 205 at worst in my 19%bf era but I was stuck fighting ghosts.

>>77209555>>77210448He's said he doesn't have anything against normal lifting, he's just trying to show that you can get into shape with minimal effort and equipment.
