How do you grow your traps? Mine just don't really seem to be growing. This guy has been in the gym for only 1 year and has massive improvement there, does he just have better genetics?

>>77210084Yeh that's what i do, once every 3 weeks at the end of my sessions i take my deadlift 1rm+10% from a rack pull and power shrug it for like 5-6 reps Would recommend to warm up first or start at 90% of your deadlift if you're not used to that
