/fit/ this is my first thread hereLately I've been working out pretty consistently (calisthenics and a dumbbell) and have altered my silhouette to a noticeable degree and Ive been eating home-cooked meals made up of fresh, individual ingredients. Doing everything right.but lately my armpits fucking S T I N KNEVER BEFORE have my armpits been this dangerous even smelling through my deodorant after like half an hourIs this to be expected?

seriously though it smells like mechanical pencil lead and boot socks after a long day and I can smell it even after a shower and SCRAPING them with an exfoliating scrubby towel frothed with bodywash

if I shave I'll be itchy all the time and scratching my pits and my fingers will be stinky in public until i get an opportunity to wash them i think that's a terrible idea
