Eh, basically eat a lot of protein (not just from red meat! It's healthier to get multiple sources e.g. cheese, fish, oats, nuts & seeds, eggs) and make sure the meals before and after a workout both have a decent amount of carbs and protein (your muscles need fresh carbs to grow, burned-off fat does not become muscle).polls.io/kstgx/vote
