But ever since I started lifting and working out and my body got slimmer and stronger, I now do. I only work out twice a week and don't restrict my diet too hard, I cut down sugar to almost zero and make sure to eat better and healthier choices, like not eating a ton before bed. But i still have the occasional soda and cookie, etc.. And when I see how easy it is to do, and then see people who don't even do half of that much, i get disgusted. Anyone else?
