I tried doing 40lbs for incline dumbell press yesterday and my arms gave out and the weight slammed into my chest and the dude next to me started laughing

I had a walking pad and those things are actual death traps, specially the cheaper ones. I miss my old threadmill.

Fuck. I wish I never saw this because it looks like it’s actually a great low-moderate cardio workout but it looks autistic as FUCK. FUCK I’m gonna look autistic now

all low weight high rep movements are fantastic cardio. Try doing a few hundred powercleans with 10kg, hits your body like nothing else.

It looks like he's doing heavy hands
google "heavy hands leonard schwartz"

No it doesn't. It's totally normal for DB benching to be more difficult than BB. Your shoulders are in a completely different position and your press isn't locked together by a bar. Your DB bench will only be as strong as your weakest side.

why does this happen

Roids, muscle and cns outgrow a battered tendon
There's a reason why biceps tear only happen in the stretched position like in deadlifts, tendon too weak and stressed in the wrong place

I hurt my forearm doing a 60 lb dumbell curl two months ago and my arm still isnt recovered.
My biceps will be limp balloons by the time I can train them properly again.

Being retarded. You see him doing only negative in the video so he probably loaded way more than he can lift , had someone help him get it up, tried controlled negative and his tendon just snapped. What's worse it doesn't look like a lot based on the size of his bicep he should be able to lift that easily like 15 times. I doubt it's a 1 rep max attempt because weight seems to low for him, but I never did those so I have no idea. Maybe it's really some roid thing because based on my knowledge this shouldn't be happening

i love his confidence and want to copy his technique

So farmer's walks?
Doing longer farmer's walks with lighter weights does seem like a good idea. Better than rucking at least.
>>
>>77217641
No in heavy hands walks you're swinging them weights around like a god damn lunatic. Look it up it's hilarious
>>

Roids grow muscles faster than tendons - the repair surgery is brutal.
