I need to reduce my exhaustion after work and the gym. Even well rested I just feel like dog and can't get anything done..
>inb4 sleep apnea
nah, tested too.

Just. Without Caffeine. Caffeine is nice for the day, but then I don't sleep properly and the next day is just wasted.
I hear L-Theanine helps but idk, haven't tried it.

Anyone tried nootropics like Ginkgo Bilboa or Rhodiola Rosea? I read online they give a "boost" without the caffeine spike.

I wish my parents didnt feed me literal shit and bar me from doing sports and i wish i werent sick all the time
My starting point couldve been this instead i have to work through puberty gyno and being overweight most my life, at least im not morbidly obese but whatever

Hey man at least you're starting, good on ya
I used to get sick a lot too, I rec trying the "preventative" sprays (throat and nose) if you feel something coming on and eating a lot of homemade fermented foods.
It's pricey yo start and a chunk of work but it's helped my overall health a ton

Yeah thanks i've been off meds since i were 15 or 14 iirc, doing much better now like genuinely
I wish i started at normal weight nonetheless but at least i leveraged my fatness into speedrunning 2/3/4/5

Maybe your sleep is shit for reasons other than sleep apnea
Ashwagandha might help

cover the basics first, before even speaking of herbal compounds
>not to deep in deficit
>enough carbs
>enough fats
>enough protein
>very strong hydration
>zone 2 work
>micronutrients(iron/magnesium/zinc/d3)
theanine i personally like to shut down anxiety, almost puts you in a robotic clear headed mindspace but it's not an energy boost

I'd say I've got these covered decently well.
My diet is pretty limited just by what I -can- eat (stomach stuff) so I eat pretty clean and don't lose weight.
I do two strength sessions in the gym and do zone 2 cardio on the weekends, so I'd say a pretty average routine

methylated b vitamin complex
It's a process your body normally does to absorb and utilize them but they're just easier to use if it's already done. Some people's bodies just get shit at doing it themselves and makes them super lethargic and don't have a lot of the signs of other shit being wrong.

it might have something to do with eating habits if you are constantly crashing your insulin try eating low glycemic index foods. Another thing you could try is to just learn to be able to do things without feeling good, meditation will help with that.

To be fair, there is a limit to what you can do in a day and recover after, not just physically at the gym also mentally as well, but if you make a habit then eventually it will cost less and less.

VitB felt like caffeine the first time I tried it, like a spike of energy, then every other time it was basically nothing.
I guess I had a deficiency when I first took it but then didn't any time after that? I heard vitamins work that way (they bring you down if you're deficient, but do nothing once you're on normal levels)

I don’t expect it to work for everybody
