When did the concept of fitness become completely divorced from health? Broscience has always been a thing but it seems like most of the advice you hear is designed for short term gains at thebcost of potentially severe health issues down the line.
>Don't eat fruit
>Don't eat veggies
>Don't eat grains
>Don't eat carbs at all
>Don't eat fiber
>Don't eat anything at all except meat
>Don't drink water, drink milk instead
>Don't do cardio, cardio kills gains
>Running is bad for you
>In fact, you should be completely sedentary when not at the gym.
>Do steroids as early as possible
>Combine steroids with caffeine and all sorts of experimental drugs and supplements

Is it any surprise so many young bodybuilders are dying in their 20s and 30s? Its insane how aggressively steroids are shilled to zoomers now. Most fitness advice on the internet is outright harmful to your health at this point, its only concerned with aesthetics and getting big, not long term health.

Only take exercise advice (routines, frequency, that kinda shit) from the internet, when it comes to food Ill trust my grandma who lived to 94 completely able bodied (may she rest in peace) over a deranged faggot trying to shill me a retarded meme diet.
Eat your veggies and fruits, preferably the ones in season, eat lots of legumes, meat is ok but dont overdo it, and sardines are a miracle food.

As for exercise I dont really like specialization (its for insects anyway) or obsessing over a single activity. Id rather do a bit of everything. Running, swimming, bike, lifting, playing sports (in love with tennis as of lately), or climbing. Ideally activities WITH people (its been proven over and over and over how social activities are incredibly related to living a long healthy life)

My 2 cents, but follow my advice and dont trust anyones advice on diet, my own included.

Around the time Arnold made body building seem like a straight thing. It became such a shallow vanity pursuit because that's who's usual attracted to it the most. So you most of the advice out there is just telling them what they want to hear.

There is literally no downside to this, all redundant and pointless maybe even a net negative. It's dogmatic at this point how people still defend them
>Don't do cardio, cardio kills gains

Arguably true, sprinting and walking is better because we're better designed for both
>In fact, you should be completely sedentary when not at the gym.
I see no issue with this, resting is good
>>Do steroids as early as possible
>Combine steroids with caffeine and all sorts of experimental drugs and supplements
Vocal minority of mentally ill pseudo transhumanists
