Id rather do a bit of everything. Running, swimming, bike, lifting, playing sports (in love with tennis as of lately), or climbing. Ideally activities WITH people (its been proven over and over and over how social activities are incredibly related to living a long healthy life)My 2 cents, but follow my advice and dont trust anyones advice on diet, my own included.
