I've been doing Reg Park 5x5 for beginners +arms +abs all this time and I still see some slow progress on some lifts sometimes, but should I switch?

move on to intermediate program while cutting.
you don't need to be shredded, but 20% bf should be the max.
You should ideally maintain between 15-20%.
>>
if you see progress there's no reason to switch really, slow progress on something you've done for a long time is good actually. Switching programs all the time because of the fast progress you see when you do new exercises is a trap many fall into
You could switch if you're bored of it

Yeah the goal is 15-20% bf around 220-230lbs, any tips on what int program to do?
>>77217960
I like it well enough but isn't it better to do an intermediate?

Squat/bench/dl/ohp/row?

>Get strong
Did you?
>look big and muscular
Do you?
Genuine questions, if it's working for you then keep it up
If not, then change it up
You can always go back to it after a while
Post body and stats and lets see how the program is working for you
