I've been doing Reg Park 5x5 for beginners +arms +abs all this time and I still see some slow progress on some lifts sometimes, but should I switch?
>>77216515Maybe, what are your goals?
>>77216515try eating retard
>>77216777Get strong and look big and muscular?>>77216779I'm obese
>>77216912move on to intermediate program while cutting.you don't need to be shredded, but 20% bf should be the max.You should ideally maintain between 15-20%.
if you see progress there's no reason to switch really, slow progress on something you've done for a long time is good actually. Switching programs all the time because of the fast progress you see when you do new exercises is a trap many fall into You could switch if you're bored of it
>>77217955Yeah the goal is 15-20% bf around 220-230lbs, any tips on what int program to do?>>77217960I like it well enough but isn't it better to do an intermediate?
>>77216515Squat/bench/dl/ohp/row?
>>77216912>Get strongDid you?>look big and muscularDo you?Genuine questions, if it's working for you then keep it up If not, then change it upYou can always go back to it after a whilePost body and stats and lets see how the program is working for you
