Kek, I guess it depends on how much control you have over it. I tend to rock my knees back and forth in a slow and controlled motion, but I can imagine the schoolboy move when they jitter on their toes so their knee goes up and down, like they're nervous

take magnesium glycinate. I train legs twice a week and half to pop 300mg right after workout and then another 400mg before bed/right after dinner. do not get oxide, it won't work as well.
