It amazes me how resourceful and disciplined inmates take physical fitness in prison.>I guess the constant fear of getting your behind taken advantage is a good motivator to stay in shape.how are prisoner's more fit and ripped than body builders that regularly cycle steroids??
>>77216852They are stuck in a building for years just sleeping and eating
>>77216852>how are prisoner's more fit and ripped than body builders that regularly cycle steroids??By having this as your cell mate who's waiting for you to fall asleep so he can gape your asshole"I likes ya and I wants ya"
>>77216852that guy in your pic is fatter than a whale.
>>77216852prisoners are not that fit bro this is a myth pushed by jewish media a lot of them are out of shape and fattons of them have injuries and man-titsbut yes, doing 300-500 pushups a day for 10+ years will build muscle no matter what also this waterbag he has is about 25 pounds at the most picrel is me after 3 years in prison
Lots of them do steroids in prison. Which is fucking nuts, imagine getting sent to isolation and no AI and no PCT and just sit there and grow tits.
>>77216858It said "pffttt". Juicy
>>77216852>how are prisoner's more fit and ripped than body builders that regularly cycle steroids??what a retarded notion. only an ass would seriously respond to this premise.
>>77216857If anything we should be making them do hard labor.
>>77217114no we really shouldn't. Prisons are evil as fuck. You should just have to pay a fine for small level crimes. For medium level crimes you get an ear cut off. For the highest level of crime or two medium level crimes you get death. Very easy and simple. No need to waste everyones time or run these retarded con colleges. Deterrence can be achieved instantly. There should also be rehab facilities for junkies that are actually humane and helpful to get them right. And asylums for crazy fags but I digress.
>>77216852You type like an ESL
>>77217114Retard.>>77217127Based.
>>77217127I wonder why no one has tried any of that?
>>77217229Prisons are a relatively new thing. Tons of societies functioned like this in the past
>>77217127I was in corrections for a few years. I quit because of how insane the whole thing was. You’re absolutely correct, with the addition that certain repeat offenders should be executed. Multiple offense career thieves, major drug dealers and such. The complete lack of justice coupled with hiding the whole thing behind concrete is absurd and it fucks your mind up participating in it. Justice should be swift, transparent, and brutal for exceptional criminals. To op’s point, they have very regimented lives and generally few options. They often can’t cheat on their diets and are heavily incentivized by the environment to project as much power as they can. The food quality and macros are suboptimal, but the calories and growth stimulus are there. Many of them are fat, but still do extended sets of calisthenics. Often utilizing partial ranges of motion for very high rep counts. White and Mexicans do mandatory group exercises in California. Most mainline inmates do additional calisthenics throughout their day. It’s common to see them with very developed bodies above their stomach and a prominent gut. This style of training lends itself to longevity as well. I’ve seen inmates in their late 50’s do extended sets of burpies. Sometimes for hours at a time with rest periods.
>>77216852Only someone who has never spoken to a convict could think that the dudes in prison aren't blasting gear. In some prisons it's easier to get than on the outside
>>77217303The water bad is often a common feature. As are buddy exercises utilizing trash bags for generating resistance.
>>77217306This is also true. If you’re at the right place and have money, you can basically get any drug you want. A guard or civilian staff will bring it to you. I saw at least 3 nurses and 1 guard get caught smuggling contraband over a relatively brief period of time. I received offers and never did it. The inmates will send you the money electronically. Many of them are making more money dealing drugs on the inside than they were on the streets. Often guards will become beholden to a group of inmates by getting involved in this practice and giving them potentially incriminating material to use as blackmail. There is no shortage of steroid use in the system in California at lease. It’s somewhat ironic that many of the guards are completely physically inept. The inmates had access to weights before my time, but they were taken away as a result of assaults using weights as weapons and the perception that guards were not maintaining fitness levels to compete with the inmates and were over relying on tasers and OC/CS spray in lieu of fitness. Fitness for duty in law enforcement is a complete joke.
>>77216852>Retard discovers Paradox of Choice
>>77216950Is the book Convict Conditioning legit?
>>77216852>He thinks prisoners don't have access to roids
>>77217229>>77217234Exactly, for most ancient and medieval times, jails only existed for prisonners awaiting trial, execution or ransom. "Jail time" as an actual punishment was non-existent for most of human history, as it was considered too wasteful of everyone's time and ressources
>>77216852Second rate he couldn't do shit to me tell your boyfriend I'll fight him if he can do mma and I'll just punch him with my right hand.
>>77216852You aren't getting that far with 60g/protein a day, I would fight 5 of the toughest prisoners alive for like 1 thousand dollars it isn't even close. First one jumping front kick, second one they're closing in so a back or side kick or elbow. I could just infinitely box them off me like they're women. Look up tookie before vs years in. It'd be like fighting a bunch of high protein diet 150lbers with high protein or something I'd maul them. If you are intimidated by someone who's been eating jail food for a year you're a complete pussy.
>>77216852They do high volume and time under tension while bodybuilders do powershitting and scientific lifting.Let me guess, you still need more proof? The only puzzling thing is:Why do inmates train in a way that only stagnates but actively reduces performance?orIf this isn't actually the case and inmates perform well, how can this be possible on a high rep high volume high tension routine with little to no explosive movements?
>>77217725*not only stagnates
>>77216852You're conflating the paradox of choice with motivation for survival which aren't even anywhere of close to being in the ballpark of being the same thing
>>77217127We need corporal punishment again because we're a diverse society and brown and black need violence to keep them in check.Slave labor works if we do it to con artists and scammers
>>77217318Why wouldn't you taze an inmate? Even if you were 10x stronger it's about the love of the game not treating them like humans
>>77216852They roid harder on the outside and build most of their muscle there. In prison it's just trying to maintain. If you were a career criminal you would too since there's always a chance you'll get nabbed. If you don't rat on your gang they'll usually take care of you while you're inside. The loners are the ones who got it hard.
>>77217332i saw it passed around but no one really stuck to it the main thing that kills your gains in prison is stress and lockdownslockdowns is when you can't leave your cell from days to months at a timewhen you're stuck in a tiny bathroom with another full-sized adult, working out is no longer interesting also in the feds people didn't care much for hand-to-hand combat, they were stabbing people a lot of fitness is done to manage stress, not to look sexy for the niggas on the yadthe people who are swole usually just had the genetics for it or have literally been working out for yearsmost of the working out is extremely high volume >mexicans doing 30 sets of 30>1000+ crunches per day>500 pushups a day (usually like 50 set of 10 and shit like that) Honestly the book that really helped me a lot was "Built From Broken" by Scott Hogan but I was so stressed out and traumatized that I started binge eating as my "escape" and i got fat as fuck. i would still work out but i ate a lot too.didn't help that sitting and sleeping on metal destroys your joins and stiffens your muscles, so injuries are extremely common

>>77217716Good luck with that
>>77218825Good thing we don't live in the 20th century anymore and have learned that deterrence is a meme
>>77218927Deterrence is not a meme (though it’s secondary in importance to retribution, a murderer deserves to die regardless of to what extent knowledge of the penalty itself actually reduces the behavior at a societal level). If I put a $100 in front of someone and then put a gun to their head say they’ll be shot immediately for touching the $100… they’re not gonna touch the $100. That’s deterrence, simply a consideration of rewards and consequences. The problem in modern society is that the metaphorical gun (prison time) is too far away and uncertain for an impulsive 75 IQ retarded criminal (i.e. most of them), that it just doesn’t register as a meaningful deterrent. But they certainly could be deterred. If we were swifter, harsher, and more consistent about punishing crimes of moral failing, then there would be less. You can’t tell me that if armed robbery resulted in a swift and public hanging, nobody would be deterred.
>>77216852Picrel is actually their secret to bulking, but it also gets them put on thyroid pills call when they overdo it, because there are no seaweed supplements on commissary.>>77219000A lot of hoods are either actively or passively suicidal and genuinely don't give a fuck about getting crippled, disfigured, or killed in a gunfight or prison shanking.I think Iran's death penalty for Starlink receivers illustrates just how poorly deterrence really works; people can get hung for getting internet but lots of them would still rather risk it than stay offline. FWIW I think we just need to cull everyone with extremely deregulated dopamine metabolism.
>>77219006But deterrence is still at work in Iran, obviously far fewer people are using starlink than would if there were no penalty at all. Deterrence would rarely ever be 100% effective, there are too many variables at play, especially in a place like Iran where getting caught is probably far from guaranteed and there are moral/political reasons that would drive someone to risk death. You know what you see very little of in other Arab states though? Robbery. I wonder why. I have no doubt some criminals are just too stupid to be deterred even if they would hanged within a week for their actions. But the number that would persist under such a condition is fewer than the number who would choose to perpetrate in a system where barely any serious punishment exists. And in any case, if punishments are adequately severe, those that fail to be deterred are dealt with appropriately anyways. If we were to hang armed robbers, then sure, some might still do it, but once they do and we catch them, we’ll never have to worry about that individual again.
>>77218768>a lot of fitness is done to manage stress, not to look sexy for the niggas on the yadCome on we're talking about burgers here. All Americans are gay for blacks.
>>77216852effort is everything with lifting.the harder you go the more gains you'll get, this remains true no matter what implement or style you train with.a prisoner with just the weight of their body and a bag will get greater gains than any mindsetlet in the world's most equipped gym.

>>77216858It's good that people think that to deter them from crime in general, but jail and prisons vary widely from site to site, and rape isn't a risk in many places.>>77217716They have commissary. If you have money you can have your locker full of tuna / mackeral. Also possible to trade for meals if the protein options are good. Some people just eat ramen noodles and then grow tits *shrug*
>>77216852I remember prisoners would keep those in their property bins. When they left, I'd go in a pop them all over their property lol
>>77216858When I was in jail I would make fun of people trying to act tough to intimidate me hoping they'd hit me first on camera. I think they were retarded because I mogged the shit out of everyone there and would do karate stretches and workout so it's not like they didn't know I had the power to ko them in one punch. They've probably just never seen karate before so didn't really know that even if their friend helps them I can just take one of them out instantly and they would have no idea what to do. No it wasn't murderers and shanks, if that's where I was then I'd have to preemptively deal out a beating but the problem is that's another year or so in jail depending.
>>77217229They have. This is relatively similar to the way it works in Saudi Arabia. Minor violations like a traffic offence lead to a fine. Theft = hand chopped off. Murder means you get the death penalty. Prisons are just a place to torture dissidents. Also, best part is that immigrants who break the laws get deported.
>>77217748>crimedoer is not humanSure thing conformist dog, you and everyone who hasn't ever broken a law or been falsely arrested is less of a person.
>>77217332I liked the concept and it convinced me to stay with calisthenics
>>77220410And with the same barbaric standards of morals and ethics many men there also have several wives who are as young as 8 years old who by theocratic law states that once they have a period you are all good to fuck them.
>>77217748Why don't you taze everyone, it is a risk of death. These kinds of "people" aren't man enough to oppose someone unless they have numbers and weapons advantage on top of making it harder to maintain fitness by an exponential level.
>>77217127>You should just have to pay a fine for small level crimesThis makes small level crimes straight up legal for rich people. And asylums for crazy fags but I digress. These things do exist, that you're not satisfied with their quality is another problem entirely.
