Start lifting, do ss for half a year even on a deficit, then hop on trt or roids and do whatever bodybuilding stuff. Roid phase is when you pay 100% attention to diet quality, high protein, low sat fat, low omega 6, high omega 3, olive oil, fiber, all that.
