Caloric restriction

Anecdotally, KETO keeps my HR out of the 30's, but likely for the wrong reasons (sympathetic overdrive) I feel wired and struggle to fall asleep.
>>
Cardio, obviously. 30 minute jog every other day to start.

most things in life can be improved with the Quadrifecta of Fitness®:
>exercise
>good nutrition
>good sleep
>low stress

Please don't share this esoteric knowledge without consulting with me first.

Thanks i’ll try
>>
>>77218143
but i’m almost underweight and already eat really healthy. My thyroid is working faster.
>>
>>77218070
How much caffeine are you consuming per day? You probably don't need any at all.
>>
>>77218152
what nutrition do you suggest anon? i eat low carb, lots of protein but no veggies.
Sleeping is sometimes hard for me since i wake up at night very often
>>
>>77218158
i dont consume caffeine or anything like that at all. I don’t smoke, take drugs or alcohol and eat high protein and no gluten.
I just don’t do cardio much and i’m pretty skinny.
>>
>>77218158
if i would touch coffee or god forbid energy drinks i would probably drop dead from a heart attack. I used to drink coffee two years ago and my body and i thought i would die
>>
>>77218070
Sounds like you need a beta blocker anon.

See your doctor.
>>
>>77218152
how the FUCK do I lower my stress TELL ME NOW
>>
>>77218173
i don’t want to take meds. I won’t.
>>
>>77218152
I try to go overall: 35% protein (I try to go for fish 3 times per week and one day per week exclusively on plant sources), 35% fats, 30% carbs. From total amount of carbs I try for it to be 50% veggies. 40% whole grains and 10% refined sugars. ~3lt of water.

>>77218184
this is the most complex one cause it depends on a ton of factors outside of you control, but I'd start with the things you can control (exercise, diet, expressing your thoughts and feelings; and lowering social media exposure.)

>How do you lower your resting heart rate?
Cardio.
1. do couch to 5K (takes 2 months)
2. Do Zone 2 jogs (30-90 minutes) 2x per week and interval runs 1x per week
3. Repeat step 2 until heart rate reaches desired BPM
>>
>>77218070
Ger your thyroid checked.
>>
>>77218185
At least see a doctor, anon.

Having an elevated heart rate is not good for you over the long run.
>>
>>77218130
The heart doesnt work like that wtf
>>
>>77218070

GO TO A FUCKING DOCTOR!
Mine is at 60 something and I am fat. I have been exercising though.
>>
>>77218222

>>
>>77218360
>>77218366

I do have Hyperthyroidism and refused to take any meds. Managed to keep the numbers stable too so i am just keep doing natural things instead of taking meds.

Will make an appointment just to check again
>>
>>77218070
Do cardio? Mine was at around low 60s last I checked and I only dance for cardio. I'm not even lean.
>>
>>77218115
Nice one dumbass. Now I'm seriously doubting your (I eat well) claim. Bet your diet is shit and you don't know it
