first set nervous system gets primed, second set its firing 100%, third set you're actually tired
if you wanna activate @ 1st set:
load bar over @125-150%rm, lift it out, hold it in static, maybe walk it out if it's squat, maybe do like a 1inch rom with it, rerack. Rest 15+ seconds, do actual sets.
